BioWare Reassures Gamers That Mass Effect Really Will Look Great on PS3
The version of the sci-fi RPG used for the demo was older and to a lesser extent polished than the final merchandise, says BioWare's community co-ordinator.
BioWare has restated its claim that Mass Effect 2 will look amazing on the PS3, after any fans expressed disappointment with the visuals in the exhibit. Endmost calendar month BioWare said that the PS3 version of the game would embody the prettiest of some platform, as it used its replacement's engine.
BioWare's residential area co-ordinator, "Satanic" Chris Priestly, wrote a short preview of the game for the official PlayStation web log. In the comments, one lector notable that despite what BioWare had said about the graphic quality of the game on the PS3, it wasn't actually any better than the other versions. Priestly replied to the comment, saying that the demo used a two-month-old habitus of the gage, and that BioWare had spent the last threescore days polishing the game and getting it looking at great.
IT seems a bit strange for BioWare, having made a point about the path the game looks on the PS3, to firing a demo, informed that IT didn't look A well behaved as it could. Of course, IT's quite likely that a significant number of people who grabbed the demo – if not the absolute majority – aren't really aware of what BioWare said.
Likewise, it's not as if the graphics are the only carrot that BioWare has to drop before of PS3 gamers' noses. A comfortably as looking better, the PS3 version of ME2 also includes more content than either the PC or Xbox 360 version. Besides totally the Cerberus Network contain, the game will also include the premium downloadable capacity, Master, Lair of the Shadower Broker and Kasumi's Stolen Memories.
